It's Anti-Procrastination Day AND time to get rid of old makeup and then spend 15 minutes getting rid of anything that does not belong in your living room.
Earlier I got the kitchen cleaned up and dishwasher going, brewed the coffee as well. Since then I read the paper, had some yogurt, cleaned up all the kitty boxes and wrote the March Newsletter.
I got a couple of ideas last night for the newsletter so I just dealt with it this morning. Working on email and socials.

It's Errand Day AND time for a detailed vacuuming session in the living room. Oooooh, this sounds like a great idea, my new vac has a bend feature so it can go under stuff!
Yesterday I got the Newsletter done, I have sent it off for proofing, so then I can get it out to printing.
Got my new 3 step black step stool and one again it is not exactly what I want. I am going to be smart now and go see what the name of the one I have, that I love, is, so I can see if it is still available in the marketplace.
Off to clean up the kitchen, brew the coffee and see who the manufacturer is of my step stool.

Email done, still working on socials. Kitchen done, got the dishwasher unloaded and reloaded.
My step stool is a Meco, while looking for the name I noticed it was pretty dirty, LOL, so I wiped it down and it looks much better now, so maybe I don't need another. But I will try looking around, I found one at Home Depot, so maybe I can so check it out in person. I just want to be able to sit on the top step so I can clean things that are low to the ground.

Started my taxes, got everything done and realized that I might be able to use some additional deductions on my California Taxes. So now I need to do some work on charitable donations and medical expenses to see if they help. Otherwise I owe taxes on both, bummer, but sort of expected. I was hoping that $6000 extra deduction for old people would get me a refund, but didn't happen, LOL.
So now I am going to dinner, then playing some games and catching some TV.

It's Clean your Purse and Car Day AND finish up any vacuuming from yesterday, then make sure all the clutter is out.
I am just getting started, watching Perry, kitchen is cleaned up, ordered some catnip, now working on email.

Email done and I made a pretty good run thru the socials, working on a couple of piles of stuff in my office, waiting for my flower delivery. I have been wanting fresh flowers ever since my sister brought me some for Christmas.
I forgot how much I enjoy them, I used to get them all the time. Anyway hopefully they will be coming here soon, then I can take out trash and boxes. I got the recent packages unpacked and I ordered another power bank. I really like the one I have but it was sold out so I am trying a couple of other ones.
Off to work on chores.

Trash and boxes out, I swear it is a never ending supply of boxes, LOL. I still have a few to get rid of but one rollie laden with trash is enough for one day.
My flowers arrived and they are really pretty. I have them on the shelf in the office and can see them from my bedroom as well.
And I can't believe it was so warm today that I turned on the ceiling fan, LOL!

Saturday ... A day for play ...
I getting dressed and wondered if the new step stool would fit in the closet, so this led me to move a few things around and I realized there was alot of dust and Cat hir dust bunnies all over So I grabbed my new vacuum and did the closet. then the step stool fit in after a bit of adjustment. So next I vacuumed up the kitty throw up on the carpet then headed for the office.
Got that vac'd and I had noticed a throw up in the living room that I didn't know about so I headed over there. I love my new vac, got all the spots cleaned up and it looks great.
Working on email and ordered a lunch pick up, then went down and ate some lunch and got my extra sandwich.
It is hot, so I have the ceiling fan going and I dug out the bedroom fan and that is going. Supposed to cool back down to normal on Monday, I hope!
Got the kitchen cleaned up and the dishwasher loaded, all things are charging, so now I need to finish up email and then strip down and get in the bed and play computer games, LOL.

It's a Shark Clean & Empty Cordless Stick Vacuum w/ Auto Empty Base. It's only 4 lbs, so that's nice and I can take it off the stick part and have a hand held for smaller jobs.
I do like that it has a feature that you and push and it bends so it goes all the way under the sofa, chairs and hutch.
Oh and it has this "super boost" thing where you can push a button and get stronger suction. That works really well on kitty Throw up, LOL.
Oh and it is really fun to watch it empty into the base, cracks me up, Nala is fascinated by that part.

Sunday ... a Day for Reflection and Fun ....
Sylvester got me up at 7am, he was hungry! So I did fed him then went back to bed.
Then he woke me up at 10, I must have been tired because normally I wake up around 8/30. So I cleaned up the kitchen a bit, fed him some more, grabbed a yogurt and I am headed back to do my normal morning with the paper.
But first I need to make a Safeway order.

I remember Sunday newspapers fondly. I had 25 years of good ones - Tampa Tribune, Miami Herald (back in the good old days when Dave Barry first burst onto the scene as a satirist), Houston Chronicle, then San Francisco Chronicle, and Herb Caen was still alive and writing columns.

It's Home Blessing Day AND we have moved to the front porch, entrance, and dining room. Time to spend 15 minutes getting rid of anything that does not belong on your porch or front entrance way. Things that have gotten thrown in a corner, along the wall, or even on the floor.
I spent quite a bit of time clearing email, didn't really get thru Sunday, to try to find the mission. Apparently they aren't sending emails but they do seem to have their new website up and running.
Anyway I did clean up the kitchen, finish unloading the dishwasher, refreshed my flowers with water and some trimming. And the shock of my life, Sylvester let me cut a few of his toenails this morning! I couldn't believe it.
I went thru the Fridge foods to see what I have for the week so I can plan my dinning options, LOL. I have housekeeping on Saturday but no other events this week, YEAH!!!! No doctors this month, hallelujah.
Off to finish up email and socials.
