I figured they would fake it for awhile. They made a big deal out of moving to Dallas together while knowing Jordan would be working in North Carolina. They'll just use the long distance as the excuse for things not working out.

Well Doc...it's easy to be taken in by the show...but I always read the spoilers, so I know when the baloney is being served.

Dogdoc, they had actually split up before AFTR aired. That was all for show. This is not the first time a couple has been encouraged to fake it for the cameras for the AFTR - Production thinks it gives the show legitimacy if they appear to be still together and "break up" after a couple of months.

Oh Rupert... I have no doubt that she will be on BIP next year. If he still has his gig with ESPN, I don't think he can do BIP due to a morals clause in his contract.

Why on earth would he even want to do BIP if he already has a good job with ESPN? They probably have some kind of an exclusive contract anyway. I don't think a "morals clause" would apply, but it would definitely cheapen their brand.

BJM, because he would want to "find love." Fortunately, these contracts have morals clauses so he can't do BIP. But we'll see JoJo for sure.

I thought RS wrote months ago when he said Jordan was her pick, that he originally went on the show, not wanting to win but to get close enough to the end to be the next Bach. I'm glad that didn't happen.

That is true Rupertbear, but he didn't have the contract with ESPN at the time. Now that he is under contract with ESPN, he can't do either The Bachelor or BIP.

OMG!!! Seriously!!! That's IN the article!!! I just read the headline... and barely scanned the story...
...staying in the relationship hoping to make money... What sort of endorsement does she think they would land?? What endorsement has ANY past Bach/Bachette couple ever landed????
I wonder if the story is fake... sometimes Life & Style is false in their "reporting" (using the term loosely here)
But I still think it's funny... because I am pretty sure the "engagement" is fake and has always been fake.

Well that would be good... but at 36 she's pretty matronly for the Bachelor franchise.
Zac Efron is another actor that wants a relationship with a "normal" person... someone outside the industry. Can you IMAGINE the insanity that would ensue if he were the Bachelor??? He's only 28.

It's an interesting concept. A celebrity bachelor. I'm not sure how it would work -- would attract a lot of gals like me, uber fans. And so many celebs that marry commoners will remark how their spouse didn't even really know who they were -- they were not fans of the celebrity.

Yeah... that's why I don't put a LOT of credence in the Life & Style article... they make stuff up quite often.
But I STILL believe Jordan and JoJo have a fake engagement, are a fake couple... they are only doing it get get publicity / endorsements / paid appearances... barf
Zac Efron!!! would be fun to watch on the Bachelor... but highly doubtful he'd find a true love... I'm picturing the crazies right now... I have always thought he was adorable.

The People that just came out has them still together and happy, living together with his dog.
They say sometimes people are stalkerish and have to deal with all sorts of inaccurate statements about them. They seem fine and say wedding probably next year.
Of course who knows.

There is a Texas grocery chain called HEB. They are having a contest where people video tape themselves showing their favorite HEB product.
