Stranger Things is wonderful! Such a great homage to those 80's movies. Scary but not real scary. The boys are great and the girl who plays 11 is so good. I fell a little in love with Hopper. Can't wait for the next season.

I'm sure I'd use the term exonerated. I saw a news video about it. His conviction was overturned and they have 90 days to release him IF they do not charge him and intend to try him again. He could be tried, convicted and sentenced again. But his confession would be thrown out, so harder to convict. That's my takeaway.

Yes, it is good news. He deserves a new trial for sure. It will be interesting to see what the prosecutors decide to do.

Good to hear! I don't know if he is guilty or not, but it was clear that the proper procedures were not followed (where the kid was involved). If he is guilty and walks then it's the officials involved (police, attorneys) who are responsible. They owe it to society to do better next time. If he is guilty than I don't know if an adult prison was/is the best place for someone like him. I have a feeling that if he wasn't a monster going in, he will be coming out.

Being in Canada I dont have the same Netflix variety you guys have! A lot of the shows mentioned cant be accessed up here! But I still find a few shows that are interesting and fun. We do get Stranger Things which was a wonderful adventure! Also been bingeing on a show I had never heard of before--The 100. Its sci-fi but the characters and storyline is compelling and full of action. Anyone else watching The 100? http://www.metacritic.com/tv/the-100

Have any of you seen the movie St Vincent w/ Bill Murray & Melissa McCarthy? If not, I recommend it if you're in the mood for a cute little feel-good movie. I watched it over the weekend, and I really enjoyed it.
I don't think it's a Netflix production. I think it's just a regular movie that's available on Netflix.

I saw St Vincent when it first came out and thought it was very underrated. I think the previews pushed too much of the slovenly part of Murray's character so that people didn't realize there would be a thoughtful and serious side to it as well.

Next week, all the kids from "Stranger Things" are going to be on Jimmy Fallon. What's funny is it came up in the conversation on Fallon because Aaron Paul was talking about how he is obsessed with the show. Aaron was Jesse on "Breaking Bad".

Going through the what is coming in September story off of Yahoo here is what I know a few of us like of shows:
Longmire is September 23rd (thank you Netflix for picking this up!!)
Luther is September 17th
Wallander is September 22nd - I know I am a fan any others??
