If anybody makes that excellent mushroom soup I posted above, for sure only make enough for the meal, and not to save. It gets a little weird and runny overnight in the fridge.

A huge 6lb chicken on the rotisserie (the smell of it cooking right now is driving my dogs nuts), and a fresh spinach salad with crumbles of bleu cheese on top.

Oscar Meyer has a new lunch meat: it's ham & swiss. It is a chopped ham with dots of swiss in it & I bought it out of curiosity. I do like their ham & cheese which is similar only with cheddar cheese dots. Anyway, this lunch meat is really good. I had a sandwich w/a slice of pepper jack cheese on it & some potato salad for lunch. Took enough to have lunch out of it tomorrow at the office as well. I think I'll add some tomato soup tomorrow.

Hawaiian bread with peanut butter on both slices, onion slices sitting on the peanut butter, lettuce on top of the onion, and the other peanut buttered slice of bread on top. Scrumptious!

I made a huge salad last night to take for lunch today: romaine lettuce, cucumber, mushrooms, carrot shreds, red onion, ham, shredded shedder ch., dried cranberries, seasoned croutons with lt ranch dressing. So dang good that I ate the whole thing! Didn't even touch the banana or red grapes that I took.}

Today -- lunch out. I don't very often. Haven't decided where yet. Possibly California Pizza Kitchen or Red Robin or Wildfire or Maggiano's. Which one?
