RN I will never get used to the US mail delivering packages on Sunday. Each time it happens I have to rethink what day it is.

RN, I know Naja, it always throws me for a loop when I see their trucks delivering!

RN, I am thinking those are perhaps only Express mail packages that are being delivered? And the premium on Express Mail is pretty high these days, so it must be cost-effective.

RN The two items I got delivered today were a $15 item and a $20 item, both from eBay. Both were advertised "free shipping", so what I payed was price and shipping combined. It must not have been that expensive to ship them.

RN I saw my first Overdose late yesterday afternoon. They were able to revive the person, but I think I will be haunted by them trying to reviver her for a long time.

RN, the USPS does package delivery on Sunday in some markets. No mail delivery.

RN - Dfenn - it is a horrible thing. I've seen them revived too (from opioid OD with Narcan), but sometimes they need 2 doses. I've also been called by someone in the homeless community when they found someone in the community dead. They trusted me more than they trusted the police. I called 911 right away, but she was long gone. I did arrive to help counsel the others.

Our coalition always arranges memorial services for them, since they typically don't have family that we can find. I've been to three this year so far.

RN it is very sad. I am very thankful every day that I have never been addicted to drugs. I live near Senior housing and I see people who are addicted to drugs moving in with their parents who live up there and go around the neighborhood asking for money and butts. I finally told one that I would not give him any butts because if he can afford to do that then he can afford to buy his own. they finally threw all the drug users out of the senior community and it is nice not seeing them walking around the neighborhood bothering people.

it is not the senior with drug problems. it is their Adult children who are addicted an move in with their parents. One always said he was taking care of his mother but he always spent more time walking the street looking for money from people or bumming smokes off of people. I finally told him I would not give him any because if he could afford to do drugs he can buy his own. The people that run the senior living finally kicked all these people out of there. best think they ever did. but also on a side note in another city in Massachusetts a 60 year old did die from an overdose last weekend

RN, it is so weird some of the stuff that Amazon thinks I might be interested in. Just got an email for a beaker set, the science kind and a School Specialty 6 Piece Math Economy Spring Scale Set (I don't even know that these are for or do, hahahahahaha....can't imagine what I searched that got me these.

RN I just got to see my neighbor's new Boxer puppy, 8 weeks old, playing in his back yard.

RN He look so cute trotting around with his red toy.

RN He had the cutest little puppy bark.

RN he met my dog this afternoon. My dog wanted no parts of an annoying puppy, she ran away from the five pound monster.

RN, Dipo... I know how you feel. Some of the things Amazon sends me, I have no idea what they could be, let alone how I got targeted.

RN, I'm getting ready for my LAST radiation treatment! Today I'm going to ring the bell for myself and have permission to ring it a second time for my husband, Allan. (When he was in aggressive chemo they didn't do such a thing). More than anything, to me it's HIS day

Today is going to be a GOOD DAY!

RN Yesterday DH hit his halfway point for his chemo and radiation. He's doing pretty well. He even goes shopping and gained 5 lbs.
